Janco International uses TeamViewer®, a world leader in PC to PC connectivity. TeamViewer®, once installed, can be used by Janco support technicans either for a one-time connect session, or it can be configured for un-attended connections so our technical support staff can login with a username and password anytime for troubleshooting your system.
If you have used TeamViewer® before, the icon should appear on your Desktop. If you haven't yet installed it, click on the following Download link when instructed to do so by a Janco Support Technician. They will then step you through installation and configuration.
